Before publishing a campaign, we aim to identify a real and current need, define the purpose and scope of the campaign, determine how funds are expected to be used, and evaluate whether support can be delivered directly or through trusted partners.
This process helps ensure that campaigns are tied to specific humanitarian objectives and real-world needs.
All donations made through our platform are processed through secure payment systems. Once received, contributions are recorded and associated with a specific campaign, considered within the allocation planning for that campaign, and directed toward the intended purpose of the appeal.
We aim to maintain internal clarity regarding how funds relate to each campaign while allowing for the flexibility sometimes required in humanitarian environments.
Funds are allocated with the intention of supporting the objectives defined in each campaign. Depending on the nature of the appeal, this may include providing essential goods such as food, clean water, shelter materials, medical assistance, or supporting humanitarian initiatives already operating within Palestinian communities.
We do not approach fund allocation arbitrarily. Decisions are guided by the original purpose of the campaign and practical considerations related to delivering meaningful support.

When working with third parties, we aim to prioritize organizations with relevant operational experience, local presence, and the ability to deliver support effectively and responsibly.
While we strive to choose partners carefully, we acknowledge that we do not have full control over third-party operations and therefore act with caution, due diligence, and responsibility when establishing partnerships.
